Batman’s voice

Conroy is best known to audiences as the voice of Batman in the DC Animated Universe, a role he held for over 15 years. First acting in Batman: The Animated Series (1992-1995), Conroy returns to the role later in the series; The New Batman Adventures (1997-1999), Batman Beyond (1999-2001), Justice League (2001-2004) and Justice League Unlimited (2004-2006). His tenure in the role also includes the animated films Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993), Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero (1998), Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (2000), Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman (2003) and Batman: Gotham Knight (2008). Lastly, she guest-starred on Superman: The Animated Series , Static Shock , and The Zeta Project .

In a performance count including episodes, movies, guest appearances, and as the voice of Batman, Conroy portrayed the character more times than Adam West , Michael Keaton , Val Kilmer , George Clooney , Christian Bale , and Ben Affleck , all combined.

Movie World in Queensland , Australia . Conroy also provided the voice of Batman alongside Mark Hamill as The Joker and Jason Hillhouse as Dick Grayson in a storyboard extra for the 2005 special edition DVD of the film Batman (1989) directed by Tim Burton . This scene talked about the origin of Robin, who did not appear in the film because the producers thought it was out of place in the plot of the film.

Like the rest of the Justice League / Justice League Unlimited lead actors , Conroy was not involved in the release of Bruce Timm ‘s 2008 film Justice League : The New Frontier , though Timm says that Conroy will return for DC Animated Productions . Shortly thereafter, Conroy returned as the voice of Batman for the animated miniseries Batman: Gotham Knight , which takes place chronologically between two films featuring real people; Batman Begins and its sequel, The Dark Knight . In 2009 he also reprized the role of Batman in the animated film “Superman/Batman: Public Enemies”.

In the year 2012, the animated film Justice League: Doom came out , where he once again lends his voice to the character of Batman, which is based on the JLA: Tower of Babel miniseries (by creator Dwayne McDuffie , who is remembered as the end of this movie). In 2016 he played Batman again, this time in the movie Batman: The Killing Joke , an adaptation of the comic of the same name . 3
